But my passion for homes truly came to life during the over eight years I spent immersed in remodeling, installation and investment property management. Working hands-on with properties gave me an intimate perspective on their inner workings, from structural elements to aesthetic finishes. It also instilled a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and functionality.

These diverse experiences have shaped me into a home inspector who doesn’t just check boxes but sees the big picture. I combine technical knowledge, sharp attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset to provide thorough and trustworthy inspections. My goal is simple: to empower homeowners and buyers with the insights they need to make confident decisions about their investments.

With over 25 years of life and work experience in the beautiful state of Colorado, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the region's homes, communities, and unique challenges. My professional journey has been anything but linear, but every step has led me to where I am today—running my own home inspection company and delivering peace of mind to homeowners.

I began my career with over seven years in sales operations, primarily in the building materials industry, developing a solid understanding of construction materials, the residential construction process, warranty issues, and finish phase inspections. Following this, I spent over four years in software localization testing and project management, which strengthened my precision, attention to detail, and quality assurance expertise—essential qualities for home inspections.
