With more than 25 years of life and work experience in Colorado, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how homes are built, how they age, and how our local climate and communities affect them. My path here hasn’t been linear—but every step led me to doing work I genuinely care about: helping homeowners feel informed and confident about their homes.

My background includes over seven years in sales operations within the building materials industry, where I gained a deep understanding of residential construction materials, building processes, warranty considerations, and finish-phase details.

That knowledge was reinforced through more than eight years of hands-on experience in remodeling, installation, and vacation property management. Working directly with homes—inside and out—gave me a practical, real-world perspective on everything from structural systems to the details that affect day-to-day living.

Today, I bring all of that experience into every inspection. I don’t just check boxes—I look at the whole picture. My approach combines technical expertise, careful attention to detail, and clear communication, so you understand not just what I see, but what it means. My goal is simple: to give you the information you need to make confident decisions about your home.
